Breathwork

Take a minute for yourself. Follow the calming orb — breathe in as it grows, hold, and breathe out as it shrinks — through box breathing, 4-7-8, coherent 5-5 or your own pattern, with soft tones to guide you.

How to use it

Choose a pattern and press Start (or the spacebar). As the orb expands, breathe in through your nose; while it holds still, hold your breath gently; as it contracts, breathe out slowly through your mouth. The word and the countdown in the middle tell you exactly what to do and for how long. Soft tones rise on the inhale and fall on the exhale — turn them off, or switch on spoken cues, whenever you like. Set a session length and the tool gently ends with a summary, or leave it running until you stop.

100% private. The pacer, the tones and the voice all run in your browser — nothing is recorded, saved to a server or uploaded. It works offline once the page has loaded.

Which pattern should I pick?

A few tips

Sit comfortably with a tall spine, breathe into your belly rather than your chest, and keep it easy — breathwork should feel calming, never strained. If you ever feel light-headed, just stop and breathe normally. This is a relaxation and focus aid, not medical advice.

Frequently asked questions

How do I use it?

Pick a pattern and press Start. Breathe in as the orb grows, hold as it pauses, breathe out as it shrinks. Space pauses, Escape stops.

What is box breathing?

Inhale, hold, exhale and hold for an equal count (4 seconds each here). It steadies the nervous system for calm, focused attention.

Does the 4-7-8 pattern help sleep?

Many people find the long 8-second exhale helps them relax and drift off. Try a few rounds lying down.

Is anything uploaded?

No. Everything runs locally in your browser and nothing is recorded or sent anywhere.
