The classic — uncover every safe square without hitting a mine. Numbers tell you how many mines are adjacent. First click is always safe; right-click or long-press to flag; chord a number to clear its neighbours.

How to play

Every square is either safe or hides a mine. Click to uncover; a number shows how many of the eight surrounding squares are mined, and a blank means none nearby — so it opens up its whole safe region at once. Read the numbers to work out where the mines must be, flag them so you don't click them by accident, and uncover everything else. Clear all the safe squares to win; hit a mine and the round ends.

First click is always safe, and there's no ad wall — no signup, no download, no interstitials. On mobile, long-press to flag or toggle Flag mode; on desktop, right-click to flag. Once a number has all its mines flagged, click it to chord — instantly opening the remaining safe neighbours.

Difficulty levels

Beginner is a 9×9 board with 10 mines — a couple of minutes. Intermediate is 16×16 with 40. Expert is the full 30×16 board with 99 mines, where the good times live. The board scrolls sideways on narrow screens.

Always — mines are placed after your first click, avoiding it and its neighbours.
